This Privacy Policy describes how Lobyx ("Lobyx," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the mobile games we publish (collectively, the "Games"), across platforms including Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Our Games vary in the features they offer and, as a result, in the data they collect. This policy explains what applies to each type of Game so you know exactly what happens with your information no matter which of our Games you play. We may update this policy as our Games evolve; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of a Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This policy applies to all Games published by Lobyx. Our Games generally fall into one or more of the following categories, and the data practices differ accordingly:

We do not require you to create an account or submit personal information to play any of our Games. For account-based Games, if you choose to sign in:

For Games that offer multiplayer without sign-in, we use anonymous authentication to assign a temporary, random session identifier to each device. This identifier is used only to connect you with other players in real time and is not linked to any personal information, is not stored persistently after the session/game data lifecycle ends, and cannot be used to identify you.
None of our Games collect or request your precise real-time GPS location. Approximate, non-precise location may be inferred from IP address by third-party advertising or analytics providers solely for the purposes described in Section 4.

These providers may receive device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and non-precise usage data to serve and measure advertising or to provide analytics. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them. These providers do not have independent rights to use data we share with them beyond providing services to us, except as required for their advertising/analytics function as disclosed above.

Account-based Games include an in-game Delete Account option. Using this feature permanently deletes your account identifier and all associated stored data (progress, scores, settings) from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
For offline Games and anonymous multiplayer Games, uninstalling the Game from your device stops all data collection, as no persistent account exists.
Where a Game displays third-party ads, you can limit ad tracking through your device settings:
On iOS, where required, we (or our advertising partners) will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before tracking you across apps or websites owned by other companies. You may decline this permission at any time in your device settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Our Games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. Account-based features (such as sign-in and stored progress) are intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements of the applicable sign-in provider (e.g., Google Play Games, Sign in with Apple, Apple Game Center). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Our Games comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, including the User Data policy. Data collected is disclosed in each Game's Play Store "Data safety" section, which may vary by Game depending on its features (offline, anonymous multiplayer, or account-based).
For Games released on the Apple App Store, we provide a corresponding "App Privacy" (nutrition label) disclosure consistent with this policy. Where a Game tracks users across apps or websites for advertising purposes, we request permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework as described in Section 6.3. Where an account-based Game offers third-party sign-in options, we offer Sign in with Apple as an equivalent option in accordance with Apple's guidelines.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards (including those provided by Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure) to protect information we store. For offline and anonymous multiplayer Games, minimal to no data is retained, which limits security risk by design. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
